VW Beetle Doorpanel plastic foil pair

Pair of moisture  protection plastic sheets for behind the front doorpanels of the VW Beetle.
Available for all years from 8.55 onwards.
 
Practically all cars have drain holes along the underside of the body and doors. These will let the water out that enters the inside of the car body and doors when your car sits outside in the rain or gets a proper wash. To prevent the interior panels from soaking up all the moisture these protective plastic sheets were originally installed by Volkswagen. As time goes by they will deteriorate or be removed to replace any of the door internal parts. Very often they are forgotten when installing new interior panels. Which eventually leads to moist, warped or rotten panels a lot sooner. Most likely when the upholstery is still in good shape... 
Don't let it come to that and install a set of these protective plastic sheets!
 
These sets come with fitting instructions ans sealant if that was originally used aswell.
Don't forget to order some new foam isolation parts for the window winder and doohandle as they were originally glued to the plastic sheets.
 
Not for convertible! Convertibles have 4 piece sets as the rearwindow can open aswell.
